Refund Policy
If a partner receives produce or goods in poor condition, they must notify The Pop-Up Food Hub within 48 hours of pick-up by emailing wholesale@ffm.org. The PUFH will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Partners acknowledge that:

Issues must be for orders that were picked up as scheduled.

Refunds will not be issued for items left behind at the pick-up site or for missed orders.
