FRESHFARM Pop-Up Food Hub Local Food Marketplace: General Terms of Service

Welcome to the FRESHFARM Pop-Up Food Hub Local Food Marketplace ("LFM"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Platform Use & Eligibility
This site is intended for both retail and wholesale customers, including non-profit, for-profit, and values-aligned organizations. Access to certain services may depend on user type.
2. Account Creation
You must have an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure. Market Share customers can use our LFM sign-up page to create an account. Wholesale customers must have FRESHFARM staff create an account after an initial partner meeting. To do that, email wholesale@ffm.org or fill out this form.
3. Payment Terms
Market Share Credit/Debit Users: You will be charged based on your order frequency, typically on the morning of your scheduled pickup or delivery.
MarketshareSNAP Users: Orders must be paid for in person at the time of pickup using an EBT card. SNAP users will not be charged online.
Wholesale Partners: Invoices are available after delivery. Payment is due within 60 days. Late payments may result in suspended service.

4. Order & Cancellation Policy
Order deadlines and cancellation windows vary by program (Market Share or Wholesale).
Orders canceled late may still be invoiced due to pre-committed inventory, unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon by the FRESHFARM Pop-Up Food Hub Team.
5. Refunds & Product Concerns
If you receive damaged or missing items, please report them to the appropriate contact within 48 hours of delivery (marketshare@freshfarm.org, wholesale@ffm.org, or our Contact Us Form). For full details, please see our Refund Policy
Please note that local produce varies in size, shape, and appearance, unlike at a grocery store, where items are required to be cosmetically uniform. Our products are sourced from small and mid-sized farms, reflecting the diversity of nature.
6. Privacy
We collect information to facilitate the processing of orders and communications. We will never sell your data. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
8. SMS Policy
1. Sign up to receive updates about your account and orders you've placed.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to the number and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by using the Contact Us page of the site.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages about upcoming order distributions, any issues with items in your orders, or if there are issues processing payment on your orders. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
