The Food Hub is a nonprofit food hub and distributor with two key missions:
Supporting Local Farmers and Producers – We connect small and mid-sized farmers in the Mid-Atlantic region with wholesale partners who want to shorten the food supply chain and invest in their local agricultural community.
Nourishing Our Community – We provide fresh, locally grown produce to individuals and families, especially those facing food insecurity.
We achieve this through two core programs:
1. BULK ORDERS AND PRE-PACKED BAGS
Through this program, we aggregate fresh produce from our network of 40+ local farmers and deliver it to local Non-Profits, Community Organizations, Restaurants, and Businesses at wholesale prices.

2. MARKET SHARE PROGRAM
Individuals and families can subscribe to a weekly produce and grain share sourced from our network of farmers who already participate in FRESHFARM markets. This program functions like a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) but with access to a wider variety of local farms, offering a flexible and abundant selection of the best seasonal produce.
